We’re looking for Information Technology Associate in our Jupiter, Florida headquarters.
IT Support Staff are critical to the company’s smooth operation. This person will help ensure computer hardware and software are up to date and functioning properly. The ideal candidate keeps up with technology, is a fast problem solver and enjoys interacting with end users.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, diagnose, test and resolve complex desktop end user problems
  • Design and architect desktop infrastructure using latest technologies
  • Design and maintain tools for remote support
  • Maintain precise and accurate accounting of IT inventory, licensing, service accounts and assets.
  • Execute, document and maintain standards for desktops and devices
  • Understanding of Active directory and Exchange and how it relates to the desktop design
  • Build out of images for desktops
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop security practices and applications
  • Advanced knowledge of virus protection technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of testing and deploying desktop applications using industry best practices
  • Supporting 1st level help desk
  • Experienced in enterprise wide desktop operating system upgrades i.e, Windows XP pro to Windows 7 pro
  • Knowledge of networking LAN/WAN connectivity and how it relates to desktop support
  • Knowledge of corporate WIFI solutions
  • 2nd and 3rd level experience supporting end users with corporate phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Printers and Devices
  • Supporting end user connectivity from home networks, hotel and outside office networks
  • Establish and maintain hardware and software vendor relationships

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years IT/Desktop experience required
  • Attention to detail while meeting deadlines, and managing changing priorities
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to follow up and follow through are essential
  • Ability to be confidential with trusted information
  • Proven ability to work both independently, and as part of a comprehensive team
  • Related industry certifications a plus
  • Ability to bend and squat
  • Ability to lift 10lb +
  • Ability to climb and crawl
