Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Answering and responding to emails, calls & Live Chats as initial point of contact
  • Maintain call logs and follow-up
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Learn and test software applications
  • Report software problems
  • Maintain Customer databases
  • Data entry
  • Asses data to determine if action is required
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Coordinate customer contact and follow-up
  • Escalate issues that are unable to be solved to appropriate individual
  • Update other departments regarding customer feedback
  • Prepare reports as necessary

 

Skills and Specifications:

  • Expert level experience with all Microsoft Office programs
  • Technical interest in technology, software, and web management
  • Adaptable to changing prioities
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, creative

 

Education and Qualification:

  • College Graduate preferred
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred (oral and written)
  • Willingness to work afternoons, nights, weekends, holidays (as agreed upon)
